An Analysis of the Affecting Factors of the Rurallabors' Personal Income in the Comparative Developed Areas of China

Studying the income gap of the rural labors' is of both great economic and social implications. This paper, based on the sampling survey in Keqiao and Liushi Town, Zhejiang and using Spss software, analyzes the personal factors and their effect in affecting the income of rural labors' in eastern China. Accordingly the suggestions to raise the rural labors' income are put forward.
