On Freedom of Symbolic Speech and Its Realization

Freedom of symbolic speech is a special type of citizen's freedom of speech.It has characteristic of both speech and action.It is regulated by law and constitution.Because there are value conflicts sometimes when law and constitution regulate freedom of symbolic speech,the obstacles of realizing the freedom of symbolic speech come forth.The particularity of freedom of symbolic speech is not understood from the legal idea in our country,also isn't given special protection in judicial practice.This paper analyzes the general legal theory and judicial practice of symbolic speech relying on a case,in order to offer helpful thoughts to realize freedom of symbolic speech in our country.
