The Study on the Finitude of Amending Constitution and China's Approach

Constitution amendment is one of the most important ways of constitution improvement in the present time,and whether the finitude exists for Constitutional Law' becomes the prime topic naturally.The finitude of amending Constitution ought to be established in China,and there are five points for achieving it which consist of speeding up the construction of the principle rights' constitutional protection,strengthening the constitutional consciousness of social members,establishing the "should not be the amended" constitution clause and Supervision Committee of Amending Constitution.
