The Theory of Combining Committed Inherits Accomplice

As a special form of joint crime,inherits accomplice is extremely complex criminal phenomenon and different from the common joint crime.In the judicial practice,often occurring with such a situation,the first criminal act has embarked on a crime,but in conduct the implementation process have not yet implemented after completion,with the first is conducted by actor mean communication,joining the perpetrating act of common practice of reactive power in the crime mean add together to the happening of the result.Theoretically it is called inherits accomplice,or inherited accomplice.And combine criminal refers to originally in criminal law on the crime independently into a number of behavior from legal expressly combination become a sin.In the process of combining the crime committed crime after joining the perpetrating act with first offender whether can it be established accomplice relations and blame bear problem,there are many disputes theoretically,resulting many problems in judicial practice for confirming the inherits accomplice of combine criminal.
