Unqualified Reason Analysis on Non-destructure Testing of Q345E Hot Rolling Medium Plate

The unqualified reason of Q345E hot rolling medium plate by ultrasonic inspection had been analyzed by means of macroscopic examination,metallographic examination,fracture analysis and so on.The results showed that the reason was the segregation zone and the inclusions including manganese sulfide and niobium carbonitride which congregated in the central part of the medium plate.And the problem was solved by adjusting the process.
