Functional Generator Having ProgrammableDigitization of Arbitrary Wave Form and Dephasing

A digitized functional generator is proposed. It consists of the digitized programmable clock, dephasing control counter, EPROM and DAC as its circuit which can produce arbitrary wave form and dephasing. This kind of circuit has two wave form′s output, but driven by only one clock, with dephasing output being controlled by digitization to be set. If the set amount is modified under control, the arbitrary wave form and dephasing of 0.1 Hz~20 kHz in accuracy can be produced. Furthermore, the design of the circuit and its working principle are analyzed, with true example in the use of sinewave funtional generator presented.
