Foaming Technique Research On Mould Extinction Cast

Adopting both the prefoaming by water heating and the shape foaming with boiler,a test is made on mould extinction foaming,with effective influence caused to the mould sample quality and the mould density made up of polystynene researched concerning prefoaming process.The result shows there are many factors effecting mould quality and density such as prefoaming time,temperature,shaping pressure being regarded as the important factors,however,ripening time and temperature as the less important once.Foaming and mould sample density constrain the foaming process in shaping.In consideration of different mould samples,a different foaming technique should be used in respect.
