Research on Three-phase and Three-level PV's Inverter Based on SVPWM

For two-stage grid-connected inverter of photovoltaic system, the controlling method of a three-phase and three-level inverter was introduced based on voltage space vector, so it can achieve a lower switching frequency, weaken the waveform distortion of line current in the AC side, and improve power factor in the AC side. The structure of a three-phase and three-level photovoltaic grid inverter was designed and the system incremental method was used to achieve maximum power tracking; The grid inverter control mode selects SVPWM. In addition, this paper sets up the simulation model through Matlab/Simulink to verify the feasibility system and improve the power quality of grid inverter.
