Experimental Study of the Super plasticity of LF6 Stainresistant Aluminum Alloy

A kind of fine and equiaxed crystal structure of LF6 aluminum alloy plate material is obtained by means of the technique of deformation heat treatment. At 505℃, the initial strain rate ε=1.67×10 -4 s -1 to the stretch, and the maximum elongation 465.5% and flow stress 2.49 Mpa can be reached. The deformation and heat action cause the growth of crystals in the process of stretch.
