The Effective Factors of Product Ratio of the Regeneration Process of Coked FCC Catalyst

The CO 2/CO ratio of regeneration process of two kinds of coked FCC catalyst(Y 15 and CRC 1 ) is investigated, and the influence of regeneration temperature and oxygen partial pressure on the product ratio is observed by means of a fixed microreactor and under the following conditions: temperature 595￣761℃,O 2 content 5.8%￣20.9%, without interphase and intraparticle diffusion resistance. The results show that: below 706℃, the CO 2/CO ratio is only related to temperature, and the relationship between them derived from the kinetics equation of burning product formation is in agreement with the experimental results.
