Semi-drying sulphuric acid plant combining H_2S with spend acid

Principle,process flow and equipment specification are introduced for semi-drying sulphuric acid plant based on combining H_2S with spend acid.The water balance,heat balance,corrosive nature and economical efficiency are discussed.Spend acid from alkylation is decomposed separately by acidic gas from stripping tower and a part of H_2S gas from solvent regeneration,generated SO_2 gas after cleaned is fanned into drying tower inlet.Water-sulphure rate is reduced and SO_2 strength increased at the same time so that it can reduce equipment size,save capital invest and cut down operating cost,which yields good economic returns and environment benefits.Steam is 48. 1 t/h as by-product and equals to 2. 41 t per ton acid product.Off-gas flowrate with SO_2 strength 48 mg/m~3 is 2 192 m~3 and weak acid flow which concentration 9. 6% is 48 kg per ton acid.Manufacturing cast per ton acid is 115 yuan based the acidic gas price on 1 yuan/m~3.
