Research progress on biological detoxification of mycotoxins

Mycotoxins which are secondary metabolites of fungal have a great variety and are present in kinds of foods.Mycotoxins have seriously affected health of human beings and animals because of their toxicity.We have an introduction of up–to–date research on biological detoxification of mycotoxins from microbial absorption microbial degradation.Then we find the methods of biological degradation of mycotoxins have gradually become the preferred methods,because of their mild reaction conditions,their high degradation efficiency and not causing a large loss of nutritional value of foods.
