Study on Fruits Quality in Different Mature Period of Lycium barbarum L.

The paper studied the content of some components of wolfberry fruit at different mature period, and the result showed that the difference of the fruit weight at different mature period was significant, and the fruits weight in summer was bigger than that in autumn. The differences of total soluble solids (TSS) and soluble sugar between summer fruit and autumn fruit were also significant. However there was not difference in wolfberry polysaccharide (LBP), titratable acid (TA) and carotenoid of the fruit in different mature period. At last, the paper also proposed some suggestion for the production of wolfberry.
