Review on Study of Soil Water in Interim Region from Deflation to Desertification

Soil water, a sort of significant water resources, is a key in transformation among surface water, groundwater, atmospherically water and soil water. Soil water is one of the important components in the process of formation, transformation, consumption of water resources. The paper reviews study progress on soil water in the transiting region from deflation to desertification. It is proposed that study on theoretical and practice aspects has to be enhanced for vegetation recovery in the region.
