Research of best conditions for purifying SOD from sheep blood by heating denaturation method

The effects of purifying SOD from sheep blood by using heating denaturation with different temperatures and at different durations and heat change methods were researched here.The results showed that with the rise of temperature and prolongation of treatment duration,both the enzymatic activity and content of other proteins decreased.The best conditions for purifying SOD from sheep blood by heating denaturation were at 55 ℃ and for 15 minutes and 1.5% equivalent concentration of adding volume fraction was 0.01 mol/L CuCl2.
