Studies on the fruit quality changes during ripening of Lingwu Long Jujube under protected cultivation

The changes of fruit weight, transverse and longitudinal fruit diameter, soluble sugar, titratable acid and soluble solids content during the fruit maturation are investigated in protected culture based on 7-year-old jujube trees, to exploring variations in the nutritional components of Lingwu Long Jujube fruit maturation period.The results show in the maturation of Lingwu Long Jujube in Greenhouse, with the increasing of fruits maturity, fruit weight is increasing and grows fastest in the first three picking weeks, when reached the period full red stage, it weights 20.45g; transverse and longitudinal diameter also increased ceaselessly, reached 30.73 mm and 48.82 mm respectively, in picking stage; fruit soluble solids, soluble sugar content is also gradually rising, it reached 25.20% and 22.65% in the mature stage; The content of titratable acid have the trend first increased and then decreased.
