Optimum Disposition of Mechanism of Spring Fatigue Testing Machine

Through analysing and calculating the working resistance and resistance torque,inertial forceand moment of inettia, a opdritun disposition scheme was put forwatd for spring fatigue testermechanism. Experiment proved: by rationally disposing the motion sequence of the 4 press plates,all ofthe reciprocating inertial force, the moment of inertia, vibration and noise was remarkbly reduce.Besides,the tester's motion precision was raised. In this paper,some calculation formulas and samplesfor working resistance and resistance torque are proposed to select motor's power.
