Microstructure and Tribology Behaviors of Laser Cladding Layer of Self Melted Ni Base Alloys

This article gives systematic studies on the microstructure and tribology behaviors of laser remelted alloy coatings.The results show that the wear resistance of cladding layer has been significantly improved than GCr15 steel and that of Ni 21 +WC+CeO 2 is the best. The wear mechanism mainly includes abrasion and part adhesion according to experiment conditions.
