The Humanistic Characteristic of Confucian Moral Education and Its Validity to Personality Cultivation Education

Confucian moral education, which originated from Confucianism, expresses its humanistic characteristic by "culture", "benevolence's substance" and "benevolence's methods", and proposes the idea of personality cultivation with person, culture, education, cultivation, love, reason, intellectual and practice. This idea insists on the significance of daily life, kindheartedness, practice and social culture to personality cultivation, remedies the drawback of today's personality education, and manifests the soft power of Chinese personality quietly and warmly.
