A Study on the Punishment Measures for Juvenile Delinquency in China

juvenile crime is a social problem, generally have different social systems and different levels of development of countries in recent years, with the economic development of various countries, the minor crime also intensified, aroused the attention of governments and the international community. As with the rest of the world, but also a gradual increase in juvenile delinquency Chinese young people are the hope of a nation, so how to deal with the sustainable development of the minor crime problem for a country is particularly important. Although the relevant laws of our country have varying degrees of minors this special crime group given attention, but there are still problems in the application of criminal penalty To further improve the space. This paper tries to analyze the research on China's juvenile delinquency special status, to seek a more appropriate penalty method, proposed the legal system of juvenile delinquency in order to establish more reasonable and effective punishment.
