The Discussion of Enzyme Hydrolyz The Flavoneglucoside in Propolis and its Antioxidative

YU Lan-ping (Anhui GuanShengYuan Food Limited Company, Anhui Qianshan, 246300)  
The propolis includes many flavoneglucoside, but flavoneglucoside antioxidative lower than flavanone and cannot usefully in the human body, this article discuss the research present situation of enzyme hydrolyz the flavoneglucoside of propolis and the application possibility in producing propolis and find the conclusion, enzyme hydrolyzing flavoneglucoside can strengthen antioxidative of propolis obviously, and can lay the foundation for using the propolis deeperly.
