Study on Temperature and Humidity of Honeybee Coloniesinfected by Chalkbrood Disease

In beekeeping,honey bee(Apis mellifera) colonies were artificially infected with the causative agent of chalkbrood disease Ascosphaera apis.Changing regulation of temperature and relative humidity inside the hives was studied through real-time recording.As the result shows that there is a raise to different degrees on the amount of infected larvae both in experimental group and control group,when the temperature falls into a certain scope.
