Effect of Storage Temperature and Moisture on Viscosity of Royal Jelly

The royal jelly's viscosity was mensurated by using viscometer at the temperatures of -20,4,20~C. And in this study,the effect of temperature and moisture to royal jelly's viscosity was researched.The results indicated that the moisture reduced with time and temperature,while the viscosity increased.The royal jjelly's viscosity reached max at the temperature of 20~C. and at 4℃has the minimum.
