Comparative study on colony multiplication and honey yield of different characters bees

In order to investigate colony multiplication and honey yield different character bees, From February14,2014 to May 21,the test was measured power of colony by a measured-frame for F1 generation of Apis mellifera as male parent and honey syrup high yield as female parent and F1 generation of honey pollen high yield,F1 generation of northeast black, and was comparatived honey yield. The results showed that Three different characters bees proliferate significantly the number of spleen in the egg and insect swarm,pupa and adult bees,but between the three proliferation is not significant difference(p0.05). Colony yield of F1 generation of Northeast black bee is higher, is significantly higher than colony of F1 generation of the honey pellen high yield(p=0.039), but F1 generation of Apis mellifera as the male parent and honey syrup as female parent and F1 generation bees of honey pollen high yield was not significant difference(p=0.460),which show that colony proliferation of three different characters is obvious,but the northeast black bee has asymmetric advantage in the production of honey, it can provide theoretical basis for the bee breeding.
