Study on the Integration Outward Bound Training into the Employment Training of the Hotel Management

Employment training is an important part of hotel management,which is also a key link for the students to work in the hotels successfully.Unfortunately,the current situation of college students' employment includes the professional changes,employee turnover,frequent job-hopping and so on,which mainly result from outmoded views,seeking quick success and instant benefits,insufficient understanding,emphasizing theory and neglecting practice,negative mental attitudes and fragile psychology.At present,the disadvantages of employment training of the hotel management in China are lacking pertinence,single teaching method,lacking evaluation system and so on.Based on this,the outward bound training should be integrated into the employment training of the hotel management.
