A Performance Examination Model for Teachers in Universities and Colleges——With a Balanced Consideration of Both Teaching and Scientific Research

The performance-related pay system has been introduced to all kinds of institutions,including universities and colleges. Accordingly the key to performance examination in institutions is to get the completed proportion of allotted work. Besides,the performance examination of full-time teachers in universities and colleges,should give consideration to both teaching and scientific research. In fact,given the intention of increasing the effect of performance examination or balancing the work amount of teaching and scientific research,more additional restrictions would be imposed on the performance examination model. This article aims to explore the construction and application of the performance examination model for full-time teachers in universities and colleges with some restrictive conditions.
