A Curvature-Compensated Bandgap Voltage Reference Source with High PSRR

A bandgap circuit capable of generating a reference voltage of 1.5 V was proposed.Implemented in a standard CMOS technology,this circuit operated at a supply voltage ranging from 3 V to 6.5 V.With a straight-forward implementation of the curvature compensation method,the proposed circuit had a temperature coefficient of 3×10-6 V/℃.A cascode output stage provided a PSRR of 97 dB at 1 kHz and 27 ℃,which was a supply dependence less than 15×10-6 V/V.In addition,startup and bias circuits were also designed,which enabled the reference source to be used in a SOC system.
