A Full-Integrated Differential LNA for BeiDou GNSS Receiver

A full-integrated differential LNA for RF front end of BeiDou GNSS receiver was designed and fabricated in SMIC180 nm CMOS process.All inductors were realized on chip to increase the integration.Differential structure was applied to improve the common noise rejection.Both input and output impedances were matched to 50Ω.The measured results indicated that the LNA achieved a power gain of 15 dB,a noise figure of 2.3dB and a P1dBof-6dBm with 25 mW power consumption per branch as well as 1.2mm2 chip area occupation.
