Optimization design of progressive die for BG1 sheet component

The stamping process for a sheet component was worked out after an analysis on the forming technique of the part.Two sorts of locating mechanism,fundamental and assistant,were applied to guarantee reliable positioning.Some technical measures to prevent the deformation of the products were adopted and the stamping procedures were reduced.The die structure was thus simplified and the demand for the figure and dimensional accuracy were met.
