Application of floating matrix in ironing drawing die

When traditional fixed ironing drawing matrix was drew,the wall thickness difference of workpiece couldn't meet design requirements.This problem was analyzed and a floating ironing drawing matrix was designed.The structure and working process of the ironing drawing die was presented and the floating amount was determined.
