Design of multi-position progressive die for clutch pedal mounting bracket

Through the stamping process analysis of clutch pedal mounting bracket,a layout scheme was determined.The die structure and the design of main parts were presented,and the bending process was focused on.The result showed that the formulating layout scheme and die structure were viable and the final parts' quality was good,which has provided an idea for other similar products.
