CAE optimization analysis of injection flow balance for automobile storage tank bracket

Based on the structural characteristics of an automobile storage tank bracket, the best pouring position was determined by the optimization analysis of gate limitation. Using the segmentation method to analyze gate balance, it optimized the gating system and provided foundation for subsequent filling, holding pressure, cooling and warpage analysis.Through pressure holding and cooling optimization analysis, the ultimately process parameters were determined and transformed into the corresponding control parameters of plastic screw.
