Study on the Influence of Flame-cooling Agent on the Characteristic of Thermal Decomposition of Permitted Explosive for Coal Mine Using Iron-plate Experiment

In this article,the influence of difference kinds and difference content of flame-cooling agent and difference adding manner on the thermal decomposition characteristics of permitted emulsion explosive for coal mine under different temperature using the sheet iron heating experiment were studied.Results showed that the ignition delay time of permitted emulsion explosive for coal mine was generally prolonged with the increase of the content of flame-cooling agent and shortened with the increase of the temperature when the flame-cooling agent was added into the water-phase of explosive,while the ignition delay time fluctuated when the flame-cooling agent was added into the emulsion matrix.The emulsion explosive containing 6% KCl was easier combustion than that containing 6% NaCl when the flame-cooling agent was added into the water-phase of explosive.
