Real-time Monitoring and Analysis of Anchor Stress State Based on Fiber Grating

In view of the limitations of the conventional monitoring methods of anchor stress state, the fiber grating measuring anchor was developed with FBG as the core element, and the on-line monitoring system was set up to realize real-time monitoring of stress state in different positions of the anchor. The practical results in haulage gate of working face 1111(1) in the Zhuji mine have shown that the stress distribution state of the roof anchors was increasing in the whole and the stress distribution state of the side anchors was wavy, and the effective anchorage length of the bolt could be further analyzed. As the stress of roof anchors was increasing over time, the different positions of the side anchors had no rule change with time.
