Improved Design and Analysis of Central Slot of Scraper Conveyor

Introduce the working principle and structure of the scraper conveyor,and improves the design of the middle slot. Through the establishment of the mechanical model of the middle groove of the scraper conveyor in the curved state, the maximum force,the finite element simulation software of the three-dimensional modeling software Pro/E and ANSYS was used to complete the stress analysis of the middle trough. The results show that the stress of the middle groove is much smaller than that of each material strength,effectively improve the structure of the central trough strength.
