Application of Frequency Converter in Power Balance Control of Belt Conveyor

Presents a technical problem for the transfer power of multi-motor coaxial drag,which analyzed the mechanical properties of the multi-motor coaxial drag for the belt conveyor and studied the control mode of variable frequency speed control of belt conveyor, finally proposed the control principle and control mode of variable frequency governor/power balance control. The research could realize the load torque balance distribution of the main engine and the machine, and ensure the power matching balance of the belt conveyor. The technology has been successfully applied in the two mining belt conveyor belt conveyor in yangquan coal industry, which could realized two different inverters of1 140 V,250 k W motor and drum diameter.
