Risk Assessment of Coal Mine Electrical Fire Based on Fuzzy Grey Clustering Method

Coal mine electrical fire is one of the greatest accidents in the coal mine production process.Quick and effective risk assessment of coal mine electrical fire is the significant guarantee for safety production. Assessment system of coal mine electrical fire based on analytic hierarchy process is established,whose criterion layer and sub-criterion layer include two factors and ten factors respectively,and a risk assessment model of electrical fire is built by combining fuzzy comprehensive evaluation with grey clustering method. This model is applied to an engineering example for Xiangyang coal mine in Dengfeng. The result shows that the assessment score of its electrical fire is 71.10, which is in third degree, and the result is consistent with the actual situation. With serious problem existing in this practical example, and the corresponding measures is proposed, which can provide reference for coal mine electrical fire management.
