Research on the Construction of Professional Teaching Staff Based on the Principle of Restriction Factors of Educational Ecology

As a small ecosystem,the development of the teaching staff is constrained by restriction factors.According to relevant data of the professional review and evaluation of Chinese Language and Literature at N University,combined with the opinion of the evaluation experts,the development uses the principle of restriction factor of educational ecology.The construction of the faculty is analyzed in detail.It is found that teachers' age structure and function are unbalanced,the construction of echelons needs to be improved,teachers' educational structure are unbalanced,teachers' training needs to be improved,the quality structure of teachers are unbalanced,and the relevant systems need to be improved.Therefore,it is suggested that the construction of teaching staff should broaden the source channels,make up the gap of the teachers' echelons;strengthen the training of teachers,improve teachers' ability,and effectively use the reward and punishment system to stimulate the enthusiasm of the teachers.
