Experimental Study on Deformation Performance of Rubber Mats of Mine Inclined-shafts Constructed by Shield

The mechanical properties of the rubber pad material were researched by laboratory test.The deformation curve with the loading and unloading process were obtained,then the fitting curves of the numerical experiments were obtained.The results shows that the compression performance of the rubber pad well,the unrecoverable deformation of the used monolithic rubber pad is between 0.50 ~0.55 mm.This conclusion has certain guiding significance to the study of shield construction.
