Study on Contact Characteristics of Tooth Surface and Optimization of Tooth Shape of Pin Wheel of Shearer

According to the contact characteristics and running stability of the pin wheel of the key parts of the coal winning machine,the maximum contact stress of tooth surface is calculated by Hertz contact stress formula,then the Mises equivalent stress and the Cpress contact stress distribution characteristics of the involute gear tooth surface are studied by using ABAQUS finite element software,found at both ends of the tooth width of gear is easy to appear the phenomenon of stress concentration,seriously affect the service life of the pin wheel.On the basis of this,makes a comparative study on the contact characteristics of the drum pin wheel.
