Design and Application of Collaborative Dosing System Based on Gray Prediction

Aiming at the irrational addition of pharmaceuticals in the process of slime water treatment in coal preparation plant,the labor intensity and the degree of automation are low,the automatic co-dosing system based on PLC flocculant and coagulant is designed.This system controls the addition of flocculant and coagulant by measuring the feed flow and feed concentration using the feedforward control based on the expert system.By adjusting the overflow turbidity and making a gray prediction of the turbidity,the fuzzy controller is used to adjust the feedback dosage of pharmacy.After the system is running,the consumption of the medicine is obviously reduced,the labor intensity of the workers is reduced.The system can effectively solve the problem that the additives have large hysteresis and poor stability of the turbidity of the overflow,and have obvious economic benefits.
