Stability analysis on surrounding rock of large cross section chamber supported with bolt/steel mesh/shotcrete combined system

Taking the winch chamber in the auxiliary blind inclined shaft at the north wing of Mingshan Mine as a case,the paper calculated and analyzed the stability of the surrounding rock for the large cross section chamber with the plastic zone theory and FLAC~(3D) numerical simulation software.A preliminary plan of bolt/steel mesh/shotcrete combined support for the large cross section chamber was designed.The late site monitoring and measuring results showed that the results of the bolt/steel mesh/shotcrete combined support for the chamber was excellent and the combined support could keep a long team safety stability of the surrounding rock for the chamber.
