Influence of phenol in waste water from coking to rheological behavior of coal water mixture

The tests of coal water mixture preparation features for Xinjiang No.1 coal and No.2 coal were conducted with waste water with different phenol contents.The results showed that reheological features of the coal water mixture with the waste water main were yield false plastic.The surface viscosity is the reduction function of the phenol contents.Good stabilized coal water mixture can be prepared with the phenol content of 63 % and the surface viscosity of 1 000 mPa·s.The paper analyzed preparation method with phenol waste water.The paper provided the new technology to phenol waste water control with coal water mixture preparation.The practical application showed that the technology could treat the phenol waste water and also could provide rational fuel to replace oil.
