Research on Ratio of High Concentration Cementation Stowing Materials in Coal Mine

In order to obtain the reasonable ratio of high concentration cementation stowing materials for coal mine,this paper researched the stowing materials which was mainly composed by fly ash,gangue,ordinary portland cement and water based on the characteristic of stowing mining,the requirement of stowing materials and the technology of high concentration cementation stowing. The tests were carried out under the condition of the materials without and with the admixture respectively. Without the admixture,the proper weight ratio of common cement,fly ash,gangue,water was 10% ∶ 20% ∶ 50% ∶ 20%,on this basis of added admixture which was taken up 8% of the ordinary portland cements weight,this stowing material concentration was 79%. The stowing materials had good fluidity,non bleeding,slump was 280 mm,after 28 days compressive strength was 5. 2 MPa,which could achieve good stowing effect.
