Study on integrated construction technology of non-continuous coal seam solid model

The coal seam model was difficult to construct due to the influence of fault cutting,the process and method of integration of discontinuous coal seam model under complex fault network cutting were put forward in this paper.The fault data type was analyzed,considering the effects of fault cutting,the relationship between fault and coal seam model construction was revealed,the method of normal fault dislocation treatment and reverse fault split layer treatment was proposed. The results showed that the fault line was preferably used as fault modeling data and through the trend extension method,the complex fault network cutting processing and model construction were realized.Considering the effects of fault cutting,the shape of the coal line was optimized by expanding the initial coal level,seamless splicing of coal seam and fault model was solved,by adjusting the contact relationship between faults and coal seam,the data overlap area interference was eliminated.By construction of complex fault network model and discontinuous coal seam model,the integration of non-continuous coal seam solid model was realized.Taking 3D geological modeling of Zhahanaoer Open Pit Coal Mine as an example,the feasibility of the technical approach was verified.
