Determination in aerial parts of Traditional Uyghur Herbal Medicine Cicer arietinum L

Comparatively analysis of content of thirteen trace elements in stem,leaf and bean pods of Cicer arietinum L and provide a scientific basis for comprehensive study and development of commonly used Uyghur medical herbs plants of Cicer arietinum L.Method: Thirteen trace elements in stem,leaf and bean pods of Cicer arietinum L were determined by an inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry methods(ICPAES).Results: Chickpea pods are better fortified functional food in view of the content of protein-vitamins 、 unsaturated fatty acid、 fiber and trace elements,mean while chickpea stem and leaf contain higher life must trace composition that can be used as an ideal animal trace elements nutrition fortifier,as a high quality feed and fertilizer is a better ideal choice.Conclusions: not only seed of Cicer arietinum L are valuable natural resources,but also stem,leaf and bean pods also possess higher developing and utilizing value.
