Measurement on Surface Temperature Distribution by Laser Speckle Interferometry

In this paper, 1he basic principle and method on the measurement of solidsurface temperature by laser speckle inferferometry have been described, and thecomparison has been made between the ?aser speckle interferometry and the thermo-couple method. The results of both measurements are basically in agreement. Howeverthe great advantage of the laser speckle interferometry method is that the disturbanceon original temperature field can be minimized, and that is impossible as the thermo-couple method is taken.
