CO_2 Control Impact Analysis of Citric Acid Fermented Corn

In Aspergillus niger fermented corn citrate process,many factors affect the fermentation,such as dissolved oxygen,temperature,pressure,p H,etc. The effective of CO2 for Aspergillus niger citric acid is also great,CO2 concentration in a certain amount of increase the yield of citric acid has a role.
