The Course Teaching of Student Main Body's Role Transitions:Taking Food Microbiology Technique Course as Examples

This paper studies that the food microbiology technique course is built and achieved during construction. As a course of the professional platform,this course changes the main of the teacher and teaching into the teaching-model of one student teaching another student. By role exchange and curriculum reform,the curriculum construction is great achievements.
