Preliminary Study of Food Talent Education Pattern in Ordinary Institutions of Higher Learning

Food professional level education in Ordinary institutions of higher learning gradually formed a system of theoretical knowledge in the discipline to master the direction of personnel training education mode, but ignoring the combination of theory and practice,the knowledge system and social demand and teaching mode of the student individual ability development.In order to better adapt to the leaping development needs in food professional education presently, to meet satisfy the enterprise on the talent requirements, combined with the food professional characteristics and the actual situation, in accordance with the reform in education the need of training creative talents,we put forward the suggestion of setting course system in food specialty,strengthening practice teaching links and scientific quality cultivation of professional talents
